Facial and Body Cupping is a great way to detoxify the skin and stimulate cell structure to create a smoother face and reduce fine lines, eye puffiness, and dark circles.
 
For the body it reduces appearance of cellulite, firms and tightens.
For the face it is meant to increase blood circulation and stimulate the facial cells that are responsible for collagen production. It’s also been noted to help with bruxism and TMJ because cupping greatly relaxes the muscles.
 
Cups are made of fine medical grade glass and black rubber bulb in a premium gift/storage box.

You must apply oil first, and I recommend to pair cups with KOSHA oil (cupping takes lots of oil so ideally take the bigger size - it lasts very long!).
 
Follow the massage lines - from the center of the face / décolleté to the sides or in upward motions. For the body do strokes in an upward motion, then circles in a clockwise. Minor pain is expected with the first use. Then as you'll be melting down the compressed tissues and cellulite, it will get easier. Recommended use 10 minutes per area 1-2 times a week.
 
Redness on the face or body during treatment is the healing response of your body - so don't be afraid of that!
 
To clean your cups, wash it with soap and water.
